Choosing the right detergent
Detergents can vary widely in composition depending on their function. For use in transport vehicles of all kinds, with normal soiling and staining, an alkaline detergent is most efficient, is less damaging to the environment, poses less health risk and maintains the flooring product’s integrity.

For all Altro Transflor flooring systems we recommend Altroclean 44 for normal use and Altroclean 44+ for heavy soiling.

Rinsing
Thorough rinsing is essential to avoid detergent build-up, which would affect the performance of Altro Transflor.

A sample composition Surfactant 2-7% w/w Non-caustic alkali 2-6% pH 12-13 gives best results in the correct dilution ration pH (10% w/w solution 10-12) Solvent none Caustic alkali none Phosphate none Ammonia none Perfume optional
