Vehicle inspection Before installing Altro Transflor do a vehicle inspection. Check the subfloor is fastened (fixed) properly and all heavy overhead work is complete. All other tradesmen must be clear of the area.		Subfloor preparation Next, prepare the subfloor in the appropriate way. Fill all holes, gaps and fasteners (fixings) with a quality flexible filler. Sand entire subfloor to remove paint, caulking (sealant) and debris and even all joints.		Finally sweep subfloor free of all dust and debris and check to ensure against excess moisture. N.B. Metal subfloors must be free from grease and corrosion and should be abraded. G.R.P. subfloors should also be abraded.
